Why Work With Us?

David has been working in the construction sector for over 28 years, with over 20+ years design and project management experience. He started out as labourer working for a Joiner/Builder working houses and small scale commercial projects.

He then went to college to study construction and started designing buildings and producing construction drawings working for an Architectural consultancy. It was at this point he started his own architectural design company.

He then studied Architecture at University, and then went on to work for one of the largest industrial architects practices in the UK. The main clients of this practice were large property developers and building contractors, who were running logistics and commercial developments worth £12m to £100m+.

After this he worked for a UK National Heath Service Hospital Trust managing development and refurbishment projects.

In 2012 David went full time on his Design and management consultancy, working with private clients, property developers, as well as Healthcare and Education Clients on projects from £25k to £137m.

David's experience delivering development projects includes:

Residential - Single Newbuilds, Newbuild estates, House refurbishments, Barn conversions, Commercial conversions.

Commercial/Leisure - Retail Units, Office Fitouts, Logistics/Distribution buildings, Performance venue refurbishment.
